Engineer your life

After graduation in  2006 I applied to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare of Kuwait. Their main goal is to build & construct housing projects plus general govenment building from : main area super hyper market, Police stations, Medical Clinics, shopping stores and more.

Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW)

 My current job title is "Electrical site Engineer". My job responsibilities are: supervising over electrical internal and external installation with the main & subcontractor whom are executing the works. Involving low-voltage and medium voltage installation.

Since 2007 I had supervised over two large elite contractors in the state of Kuwait. the FIRST KUWAITI and the COMBINED GROUP CO.  I had gained a great experience in working with other majors at the site and integrating with my electrical team as one. I had faced many challenges at the beginning of the project, but I had over come them by gaining respect and integrity from my fellow co-workers helping me through my first step in becoming a true engineer.

Currently 2013 I m supervising over general buildings almost 25 Buildings  project at N3 Block in Jaber Ahmad City and The street lights of Jaber Al ahmad City ( Block A5 & B).  

It is essential that an Engineer working with contractors in a multi-million projects gain self confidence and high self esteem in my opinion. I had Never backed down or get shied from asking questions just like college days and always been proficient and prepared before a meeting with my work superiors. 

Whether I stay or continue in my current job I had set many goals to accomplish in life and hope by staying in my current job will help me gain more experience as an Engineer and develop high leadership skills.
